Our CM services begin during design with schedule and budget evaluations, constructability reviews, and accuracy checks on cost estimates. Weighing project alternatives and structuring bid packages for lowest cost are also part of our responsibilities, as are monitoring and coordinating daily construction activities.
We handle projects for the customers from its initiation process to the closure. All this process delivered in line with our quality and customer satisfaction understanding. During CM we do consider main deliverables which are time, quality and cost.
